Terms of Use

Last updated 2 August 2026

These terms cover your use of Agentcademy — the website and the courses. By signing in you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

Your account

You sign in with Google; we do not ask you to create a password. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your Google account secure. Accounts are for one person — do not share your sign-in with anyone else.

You must be at least 16 years old, or old enough to enter a contract where you live, whichever is higher.

Buying a course

Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged in US dollars. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. When a payment succeeds, the course is added to your library and stays there — access does not expire.

Discount codes are issued by instructors and by us. A code may be limited to one course, may be usable a fixed number of times, and may be withdrawn at any time before you use it. If a code no longer works at checkout, the price you pay is the price shown without it.

Refunds

If a course is not what you expected, write to hi@agentcademy.dev and tell us why. We review refund requests individually and we are reasonable about them, particularly within the first 14 days and where you have not worked through most of the material.

A refund goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days. Once it is issued, the course leaves your library and you lose access to its videos and materials.

What you may and may not do with the content

Buying a course buys you a personal licence to watch it and use its materials for your own learning. It does not transfer ownership.

  • Do not download, re-upload, resell, or share course videos or materials.
  • Do not use the content to build a competing course or training product.
  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the site, or interfere with how it runs for other people.

Code samples and project files provided in a course are yours to use in your own projects, including commercially, unless the course says otherwise.

What you post

Questions, reviews, and discussion posts stay yours. By posting them you let us display them on the platform. Keep it civil and on-topic — we remove content that is abusive, illegal, spam, or someone else's work passed off as your own, and we may suspend accounts that keep doing it.

Courses change

Instructors update, re-record, and occasionally retire lessons. We may change or remove a course from sale. If a course you own is retired, you keep access to the version you bought for as long as we are able to host it; if we cannot, we will tell you and sort out a fair outcome.

No guarantees about outcomes

We work hard on the material, but we do not promise a job, an income, a grade, or any particular result. The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending things

You can stop using Agentcademy at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently — if we do, and you have paid for courses you have not broken the rules with, we will refund them.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.

Getting in touch

Questions about any of this go to hi@agentcademy.dev. We would rather talk it through than have you guess.
